In an alternative future, Goku was revived after dying from the heart virus and has been with Vegeta ever since. But the remnants of body surviving the heart virus leads to him developing a heart condition called Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). Since then his training is now hindered and limited and he can't help but feel insecure of how much his body has changed.
